A Vintage Fun Fair is always a great theme for a family party and it couldn't have been more perfectly organised than at Roger's 80th birthday celebrations in Chiddingfold. 'Purely Events' organised this surprise birthday party meticulously starting the day off with incredibly talented prangsters, jugglers, face painters and a balloon man entertaining the guests as they arrived to cool glasses of champagne at the lovely Surrey countryside venue.
Guests were treated to Vintage style fish and chips, hot dogs, jacket spuds, candy floss and ice-cream cones and were entertained in a original Circus 'Big Top' by an amazing street magician.
The afternoon and early evening were marked by family speeches and two live music sets by a local band that included some very famous Rock and Roll faces!
The vintage funfair which included 'Hook a Duck' stalls, a 'Helter Skelter' and old fashioned 'Boat Swings' was a huge hit and enjoyed by young and old.
It was a truly memorable day and I am sure Roger, his friends and family will have lasting memories of such a special celebration!
